I am Anh, a graphic designer by day, a dessert engineer by night.

It might seem strange that my passion for colours, typography, shapes and textures has brought me to the world of sugar, flour, butter and eggs. My background in visual communication — contrast, balance, alignment and negative space — somehow found its way into the desserts I create. And I love living between these two parallel worlds.

So I founded Noodles and Blues. Noodles and Blues is a concept rooted in all things simple, beautiful and soulful with a modern flair. Our scratch-made, finely crafted desserts showcase flavours that are unique and delicious.
